N.C. Nielsen is proud of delivering strong solutions to the Danish wind turbine industry and to other companies with heavy duty requirements. The very heavy and hard to manage transports are becoming increasingly common and make extreme requirements of lifting capacities, maneuverability and technical ingenuity.

Moving wind turbine parts from A to B is a complex operation requiring special equipment to be used safely, flexibly and with great precision. As a result, N.C. Nielsen has a close collaboration with various stakeholders in the wind turbine industry in order to find the optimum transport solutions.

We offer the wind turbine industry customised Konecranes reach stackers from 65 tonnes to 152 tonnes from their hook, our proprietary NCN 6500 tow tractor for transport in production halls and the remote-controlled Mobile Gantry from Combilift for transporting wind turbine blades. We also offer the modular SPMT trailers for a wide range of heavy-duty transports.
