Call-outs via the emergency hotline are available:

Monday–Thursday: 17:00–07:00
Weekends: Friday 15:00–Monday 07:00

For service and repairs outside normal working hours, a call-out fee and overtime surcharge apply.
For evening or weekend call-outs, a minimum of three hours’ overtime is charged.
