N.C. Nielsen has worked with the company Just Easy Tools to develop two Linde special-purpose machines for tyre handling and fitting at a Brazilian tractor plant.
Two Linde L16 /1173 stackers have been fitted with a so-called Easy Gripper. It is an extremely powerful attachment with a three-point grip and a built-in video camera and can move, locate and mount huge tyres with great accuracy. The solution will eliminate hard, manual work, for example the handling of extremely heavy tyres to be placed at the warehouse or fitted on a tractor, lorry or the like.
The solution can be fitted for forklifts, telescopic loaders and other vehicles.
