Call-outs using our emergency line from:
Monday-Thursday, 17:00 to 07:00.
Weekends from Friday, 15:00 to Monday 07:00.

If you order service or repairs to be carried out after hours, a call-out fee and an overtime surcharge will be added.

A minimum of 3 hours' overtime will be charged for call-outs at night or in weekends.
