The AP-version have a fold-down platform and side-protectors, and with platform and side protectors and the steering tiller down, the vehicle transfers into a maneuverable pedestrian model.
The SP-version have a fixed standing platform whose sturdy steel apron also surrounds the driver at the rear of the vehicle, protecting him in the event of collisions from all sides. On the platform, the driver stands at a 45° angle to the direction of the forks, which allows him to keep an eye on his surroundings in any direction of travel without turning his back and neck too much. The vehicles can be equipped with the unique Linde e-driver control concept, which was specially developed for driving in a 45° position.
On the T20 – T25 AP/SP, the stand-on platform and controls form a single unit. This is decoupled from the chassis and fully suspended to protect the operator from shocks and vibrations. Depending on the model, the pallet trucks have a load capacity of 2,000 to 2,500 kilograms.
The driver's platform of the T20 – T25 SP is surrounded by a solid, waist-high steel apron up to the middle of the rear of the vehicle. This unique design offers the driver protection in the event of a collision and prevents the driver from falling out of the vehicle when moving off quickly.
Additional protection is provided by an optional feet detection: as soon as the driver's feet leave the standing platform, the vehicle comes to a halt automatically. For better early warning in narrow, unclear areas, the pallet trucks can be equipped with the Linde BlueSpot warning spotlight. When cornering, the vehicle automatically adjusts its speed to the steering angle, protecting the driver from risky maneuvers. As soon as the driver releases the butterfly control (dead man´s switch), the vehicle stops automatically.
On the T20 – T25 AP/SP, the operator's platform and controls form a single unit that is completely decoupled from the chassis to effectively protect the operator from vibrations and shocks. If necessary, the operator can lean comfortably against a padded backrest on the SP-version and on the AP-version the operator can lean comfortably against the padded side protections.
In the T20 – T25 SP, the operator stands at a 45° angle to the direction of travel. This allows him to easily keep an eye on his surroundings in any direction of travel without straining his back and neck. The vehicles are optionally equipped with a standard double handle or with the Linde e-driver. The Linde e-driver is optimized for the 45° driving position and can be operated with one hand. Both options are height adjustable.
Thanks to the electric power steering, the vehicles can be maneuvered without much effort. Travel speed and steering resistance adapt automatically and continuously to the steering angle. A multifunction display provides the driver with all important information. Wide and deep storage compartments provide sufficient space for work utensils.

The T20 – T25 AP/SP reach a maximum speed of 14 km/h without load and cope even with demanding gradients. This is made possible by the combination of a powerful 3 kW three-phase motor and the castor system: the castors, which can be either mechanically sprung or hydraulic, adapt to the load, driving situation and speed, guaranteeing high driving stability even on uneven ground. In addition, an automatic parking brake prevents the vehicles from rolling unintentionally when starting on inclines (e.g. on loading ramps). The vehicles have three independent braking systems that ensure the safety of the driver and the load in every driving situation.
The high handling performance of the T20 – T25 SP is ensured by the innovative Linde e-driver control concept. The handlebar of the Linde e-driver is optimized for the 45° position, can be operated with one hand and contains all important control elements. The T20 – T25 SP can be equipped with Lithium-ION batteries, for which a corresponding on-board charger is also available.
The three-phase motor of the T20 – T25 AP/SP is hardly susceptible to faults and damage, which enables long maintenance intervals and keeps service costs low in the long term. The robust design with its solid cladding parts and a stable chassis also ensure that the vehicles rarely break down even in the toughest continuous operation and are always available. The vehicles were specifically developed according to the "design to service" principle, which gives service technicians quick access to all relevant components. Thanks to a new generation of electronic components and their networking in a CAN bus architecture, technicians can easily access all vehicle data via diagnostic plug. The electric-electronic architecture allows updates and new functions to be installed on the truck remotely in a very short time.

Various types of drive wheels are available. For tough continuous operation, Linde offers wheels made of polyurethane. They are very quiet, durable, have good running characteristics and leave no marks on light floors.
Single or tandem castor wheels made of polyurethane are available. The material ensures quiet running, is very abrasion-resistant and has good rollover behavior. It does not leave any marks on light-colored floors.
