Linde N20-25

Since the battery of the N20 – N25 is positioned behind the driver’s platform, the driver has an excellent view of the entire working environment and can identify potential hazards early. A safety function protects against unwanted rollback when starting on gradients, and two separate braking systems ensure maximum control at all times: The electromagnetic service brake is directly coupled to the emergency stop switch and brings the truck to an immediate standstill in an emergency. Additionally, Linde Brake Control ensures smooth, controlled braking when the drive lever is released. The optional Linde BlueSpot spotlight provides additional safety. Upon request, it is integrated directly into the vehicle contour and warns other employees in warehouse aisles and at blind intersections by projecting a blue light spot onto the floor. Linde Safety Guard (available as an option) further enhances safety by alerting truck operators and pedestrians to acute danger in the immediate vehicle surroundings through audible and visual signals. In combination with the optional Speed Zoning function, Linde Safety Guard also automatically adjusts the speed in certain areas. Furthermore, Linde Curve Assist ensures increased cornering safety, while a load backrest (optional) reliably secures high or unstable loads.

The N20 – N25 impress with a well-designed workstation concept. The low, wide entry allows comfortable access from both sides and noticeably facilitates constant mounting and dismounting during order picking. The serially spring-damped driver’s platform reliably protects against shocks, while the optional pneumatic suspension reduces vibrations even further. Thanks to the modular driver’s stand, operators can flexibly adapt the workplace to their needs. An optional adjustable backrest with folding driver’s seat offers additional comfort, especially for longer transport routes. The proven Linde Steering Wheel is height-adjustable on request, thus ensuring optimal comfort, regardless of the driver’s height. The standard display provides all important vehicle data at a glance, while the optional multifunction color display offers an even more detailed overview of operating hours, battery capacity, and service status.

With a travel speed of up to 14 km/h, the N20 – N25 enable fast and efficient goods handling. The 4-point support ensures excellent stability and a safe driving experience at all times. Thanks to the battery compartment specifically designed for the lithium-ion battery, the trucks in the Li-ION variant offer particularly compact dimensions, a small turning radius, and outstanding maneuverability. This makes them ideal for working in narrow warehouse aisles. For particularly efficient order picking, the operator can optionally activate the pedestrian mode. Using buttons on the outside, the driver can conveniently control the N20 – N25 without having to enter the driver’s stand. This makes working over short distances even more time-saving. The optional liftable driver’s stand or the fold-out step allows for working on the first and second rack level, significantly expanding the truck’s working range. Versatile holders for work materials such as clipboards or scanners also enable flexible adaptation of the workstation to the operator’s individual requirements.

Thanks to the well-thought-out design, all important components are particularly quick and easy to access, significantly simplifying maintenance work. All vehicle data can be easily read out using the CAN bus connection to enable fast error diagnoses and preventive maintenance. At the same time, individual truck parameters can be conveniently set via the CAN bus architecture, allowing the vehicles to be optimally adapted to the respective operating conditions.
