  • DESCRIPTION

Powerful and versatile in all applications

The reliable and robust H35 – H50 IC trucks for loads ranging from 3,500 to 5,000 kilograms are designed for maximum handling performance. Their hydrostatic drive together with the tough industrial engine ensure a powerful and precisely controlled drive performance in a wide range of driving and work situations. Extreme temperatures and dusty, uneven floors are no match for the robust forklift trucks. They are perfectly suited to intense continuous operation and the harshest outdoor operating conditions, such as in recycling companies or construction material yards. Long service intervals and maintenance-free components ensure outstanding availability. The dual-pedal control and Linde Load Control ensure exceptional comfort and efficient operation. The combination of perfectly tailored performance, robust construction, and efficient handling make the H35 – H50 IC trucks extremely productive and economical to operate.

  • SAFETY

The design of the H35 – H50 with the slimline, asymmetrical mast profiles, narrow A-pillar, spacious and bright cabin, as well as the lowered front plate provide outstanding all-round visibility to ensure safe operation and prevent fatigue. For a clear view above, the roof is constructed with extremely narrow cross struts or an optional reinforced glass roof. The truck’s low center of gravity and the high-mounted steering axle ensure good protection against tipping when cornering. The Linde Curve Assist, supplied as standard, reduces the truck’s speed depending on the steering angle when cornering. The Linde Load Assist reduces the risk of tipping and loading accidents. The trucks can also be fitted with the LED Stripes, Linde VertiLight, Linde TruckSpot, and Linde BlueSpot™ light and warning solutions and the Linde Safety Pilot and Linde Safety Guard assistance systems.

    • Excellent all-round visibility
    • Low center of gravity
    • Various safety assistance systems
    • Optional light and warning solutions

  • ERGONOMICS

The H35 – H50 has an ergonomic and intuitively organized operating concept that improves the productivity of both man and machine. The steering wheel, dual pedals, and joysticks of the Linde Load Control, which is integrated into the armrest, can be operated with minimal movement. This protects drivers against fatigue. The design and feel of all control elements are on par with the standards in place in the automotive industry. The drive and steering axle as well as the mast are separated from the frame and chassis by rubber bearings. This means that jolts and vibrations are not transferred to the driver. Special equipment like air suspension, lumbar support, seat heating, and seat ventilation provide additional comfort. The 3.5-inch display gives the operator a quick overview of important information about the truck. An optional 7-inch display integrated in the truck can, for instance, be used for a mast or reversing camera.

    • Intuitive and ergonomic operating concept
    • Decoupled driver’s workspace
    • Numerous seat options
    • Standard 3.5-inch display

  • HANDLING

The combination of the hydrostatic drive and the tough industrial engine provides precisely the power needed in every operating situation. This improves productivity and availability, while minimizing fuel consumption, maintenance expense, and operating costs. Together with the ergonomic design and optimized all-round visibility, the dual-pedal control and Linde Load Control joysticks enable fast and precise control of all driving and mast movements. The mast profiles and the overhead tilt cylinders ensure torsional stability and high residual load capacities for large lifting heights. There is also the option of interconnecting frequently used functions via the freely programmable buttons in the armrest.

    • Hydrostatic drive
    • Linde Load Control
    • Dual-pedal control
    • Overhead tilt cylinders
    • Optional multifunction buttons

  • SERVICE

The H35 – H50 stands out thanks to its robust construction and numerous maintenance-free components, such as the hydrostatic drive system and lubrication-free tilt cylinders. This ensures exceptional operational availability together with low operating costs. The hydraulic oil only needs to be changed after 6,000 operating hours and the maintenance-free spur gears used in the industrial engine eliminate the need to change the timing belt, as is usually the case in automotive engines. The Linde Engine Protection System (LEPS) monitors important engine parameters to provide additional protection against damage. It warns of imminent overloads and limits the truck to creep speed. The transverse installation of the engine means that the service openings are particularly generous. This makes components that require maintenance easily accessible and easy to replace. What’s more, the largely uniform screw connections significantly reduce the time spent on repair and maintenance work.

    • Robust truck construction
    • Wear-free components
    • Hydraulic oil change after 6,000 operating hours
    • Linde Engine Protection System (LEPS)
    • Uniform screw connections
