The Ei16 – Ei20 P electric counterbalanced forklift trucks with permanently integrated lithium-ion battery combine reliable drive performance and exceptional cab comfort. The fact that there is no battery tray means the driver benefits from noticeably more headroom and legroom as well as a lower and wider entrance. Easy charging of the trucks at the charging station replaces laborious battery changes. If the breaks are long enough, the forklifts can also be used in two-shift operation. Top speeds of 20 km/h make them the ideal choice for standard indoor applications, such as fast transport journeys in warehouses or production areas. The four-wheeled version with the Linde combi-steering axle delivers high driving stability combined with impressive maneuverability. In addition, a wide range of equipment options, chassis sizes, and battery capacities enable you to configure your forklift to suit your specific requirements.
SAFETY
Like all Linde trucks, the Ei16 – Ei20 P are designed for maximum safety. A low center of gravity and the overhead tilt cylinders ensure high driving stability, even when handling loads at high lifting heights. The slim design of the mast, A-pillar, and chassis ensures that the driver benefits from excellent all-round visibility. In addition, the protective roof construction with its narrow cross struts or the optional armored glass roof ensure a clear overhead view during storage and retrieval operations. The standard equipment includes numerous assistance systems such as Linde Curve Assist for speed adjustment when cornering and Linde Load Assist, which reduces the risk of tipping by limiting the mast inclination and lifting movement according to the load weight and lifting height. The driver’s cab of the Ei16 – Ei20 P is designed for effortless and productive work. This is all down to the innovative truck concept with integrated lithium-ion battery. As there is no need for a battery tray, there is a unique amount of space compared to trucks from other manufacturers, with significantly more headroom and legroom. The entrance to the cab is also lower and wider, which increases comfort and safety. With the Ei16 – Ei20 P, the mast and axles are decoupled from the chassis by elastomer ring bearings. This improves shock absorption and protects the driver from harmful human vibrations when driving over bumps. The tried-and-tested combination of dual-pedal control and Linde Load Control ensures precise and intuitive control. The innovative Linde Steer Control operating concept is available as an option, with a joystick or mini-wheel in the armrest replacing the conventional steering wheel. An easy-to-read 3.5-inch display, a large selection of comfort seats, and optional air conditioning create the perfect working environment.
