High uptime, safe operation and a flexible truck fleet are essential in modern warehouses and production environments. With the new Linde Ei14-Ei20, Danish businesses now have access to a compact electric forklift developed for efficient indoor material handling – especially where fast load handling, good ergonomics and operation without time-consuming battery changes are required.
Linde Ei14-Ei20 combines the well-known Linde performance of the electric E models with the operator comfort provided by a permanently integrated lithium-ion battery. The model reaches speeds of up to 20 km/h and is designed for single- and multi-shift operations, where the truck can be opportunity charged during breaks and therefore integrated flexibly into daily operations.
The key difference between the Ei14-Ei20 and a traditional electric forklift lies in its energy concept. The lithium-ion battery is integrated into the truck’s design, eliminating the need for a conventional battery box. This provides more space for the operator, with additional headroom and legroom, as well as a lower and wider entry step. The step-in height has been reduced to just 40 cm above ground level.

Safety is a core element of the Linde Ei14-Ei20. The truck is designed with a low centre of gravity, top-mounted tilt cylinders, slim mast profiles and excellent visibility for the operator of both the load and the surrounding area. As standard, the model is supplied with features including Linde Curve Assist, which automatically adjusts speed when cornering, and Linde Load Assist, which supports safe load handling.
In addition, the truck can be equipped with a wide range of Linde assistance systems, including Linde Safety Pilot, Linde Safety Guard, Linde Speed Assist and Linde Reverse Assist Radar. The truck is also digitally prepared, with the option of data transfer to fleet management and service applications, as well as remote software updates.
With a focus on uptime and low service costs, the electric motors are integrated into the drive axle as a sealed, maintenance-free unit. This means, among other things, that inspection is only required after 1,000 operating hours, while hydraulic oil and filters do not need to be changed until after 6,000 operating hours.
